Returns that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

At this time, Perfumes Corner does not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different fragrance, we recommend:

Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled if your cancellation request is received before the order has been processed and shipped.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Eligible items may still qualify for return according to this Return & Refund Policy.

To help preserve the quality of your fragrance, we recommend:
- Store fragrances in a cool, dry place.
- Keep bottles away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid excessive heat and humidity.
- Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, altered, tampered with, or improperly stored after delivery.
Minor packaging updates made by manufacturers do not qualify as product defects.
